Spiritual Clinical Guidance

About my One-on-One Guidance

I do everything within my power to provide guidance and create a safe space where you can release all things that do not serve your highest purpose as well as embrace the person that emerges from the shedding.

Guiding focuses on a persons specific personal goals, from relationships to life purpose, from self-esteem to sexuality and helps you to examine what is currently going on in your life that may be helping or hindering your ability to reach your goals.

Together we identify barriers, whether they mental, habitual, or behavioral and create a plan of action to overcome those barriers, while also identifying strengths and talents!

The relationship is one where you are the expert and I am here to guide you to your best self. My main job is to ask you the questions you often do not ask yourself, whether out of avoidance or fear, and to support you as you tackle the answers to those questions and the accountability that comes along with it.

The way I coach/guide is unique in that I utilize my spiritual and clinical gifts to create a super personalized and exceptional experience!

“Fear: A chain with no substance but the most weight.
Anchoring you to mediocrity.
Let it make you careful, but never allow it to cripple.
Your success lies on the other side of your fear.
Take that step”
